Balls to the Wall

Sorry, I know the title is crude, but it adequately describes life around our home right now. The busiest of all is little S.P. who is growing and kicking like a little pro. A close second, however, is Snicks. Basketball practice officially started on the 15th so he is currently juggling two sport seasons. Today, he is out on the course with his team and three professors for the first annual P.rof-Am match play event. So, after an 8am practice and a lunch with his lovely lady (during which he did dishes), he headed to the course. He day doesn't end after the 18th hole, though, as there is a basketball recruit on campus this evening... and then the start to another week. Phew. Oh, and he took the GRE yesterday. He's a jack of all trades these days.

Coach and the team captains discuss the rules for match play.

Chief just returned from a week on the road in Tennessee. The work visits were excellent and she even managed to catch up with three friends during her travels! Well, actually six, because all three had little ones (one is still in utero). She hits the road again this week and the next. Her goal (besides raising money) is to make it to gold elite status on Con.tinental before her 36th week. Yep, hey, you gotta have goals. :) Here's a belly pic update for week 27. Also, we added a poll to the right - what do you think... is S.P. a boy or a girl? We don't know the answer, but we'd love to hear what you think!

Hope all is well with you and yours!

  1. Awww... it was so good to see you! You are looking great and SP should continue to do her thing... that's right, I say "her" thing. For the first few months I really thought "boy" but now I am feeling like it is a girl!
