Our Progressive Friends

We have written a few times about our awesome friends here in O-Town. Not only are they kind, fun, and interesting, but they are also creative. Two of them thought up the idea of having a progressive dinner (we all live within a 1.5 miles of each other - three in walking distance) and we took our first shot at it last night. The food was delicious at every stop and everyone had fun playing with our "harvest" theme. We had the main course and made... pot roast with roasted baby red potatoes and rosemary (simple, classic, easy, and delish). C experimented with using our oven's delayed baking function and was pleasantly surprised. She figured that a roast would be most forgiving considering that we didn't know when we would actually get to our place (each course ended up being about an hour).

Our course - meat!

A, Z, and S are clearly content after finishing out the night with an amazing pumpkin dessert compliments of Mr. and Mrs. E.
